Shipping Services

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are determined based on order weight and delivery location. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Contact our support team to arrange re-delivery or resolve any issues.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to address the issue promptly.
